Client Responsibilities

Payment Terms

All fees for services will be outlined in the service agreement between Billscure and the client. Payments are due based on the agreed-upon terms, and late payments may incur additional charges. Limitation of Liability

Billscure will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including financial losses or operational disruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and any remaining services will be discontinued.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and proprietary materials provided by Billscure remain the intellectual property of Billscure and are protected by copyright laws. Clients are prohibited from copying, modifying, or distributing our intellectual property without prior consent.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Texas.
